Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how orders placed on https://beautyandluxuryshop.com/ may be cancelled and under what conditions refunds apply.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at support@beautyandluxuryshop.com.
  2. Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. Cancellation requests are processed during business hours only.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

  1. Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
  2. If a customer refuses delivery without a valid legal reason, shipping and return costs may be deducted from any refundable amount, where permitted by law.


3. Order Cancellation by Beauty and Luxury Shop

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Pricing or listing errors
  3. Payment failure or verification issues
  4. Suspected fraud or misuse of the platform
  5. Delivery area is not serviceable

If payment has already been made, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.


4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  1. Approved cancellations made before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.
  2. Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if cancelled, do not involve refunds unless payment was already collected.


5. Non-Cancellable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items are generally non-cancellable once shipped:

  1. Opened or used cosmetics
  2. Fragrances
  3. Personal care items

This does not affect statutory rights for defective, expired, or misrepresented products.


6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (Bangladesh). Customers remain entitled to remedies for goods that are defective, unsafe, expired, or not as described.


7. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly cancel orders, refuse deliveries without valid reasons, or misuse cancellation privileges.
