1. General Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  2. The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  3. The product is in resalable condition
  4. Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused unless required by law.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and health considerations, the following items are not returnable once delivered, unless they are defective or misrepresented:

  1. Opened or used cosmetics
  2. Fragrances
  3. Skincare, hair care, or personal care items
  4. Products damaged due to customer misuse

This restriction does not override statutory consumer rights.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (Bangladesh), customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  1. The product is defective or damaged at delivery
  2. The product is expired
  3. The product received does not match the description or order

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide order details and supporting evidence
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returned items sent without approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  1. If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  2. If the return is for reasons not attributable to us, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, where permitted by law.


6. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during delivery.


7. Refunds and Replacements

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  3. Replacement products will be shipped subject to availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if refunded, may be settled via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or restrict accounts that show repeated or abusive return behavior, to the extent permitted by law.


9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights guaranteed under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (Bangladesh).
